1. How to contact LeatherLuxus for help?

During Monday to Friday, your message will be responded within 6 hours. All messages sent during the weekend will be responded by Monday morning. 

2. How will I know what my personalized product look like?

After receiving your order, our customer specialists will work quickly with our artists and operations team to design your personalized products and send you the effect pictures for your confirmation. 

Please check your email carefully to watch for the effect pictures and our request for your confirmation. The email address we contact you is always digitalvalley925@gmail.com

We may also contact you through phone calls if we did not hear from you within 24 hours. 

3. How are the different customization options look like?

By default, we use the classic customized-made stamping tool for engraving names, logos, and other unique images on leather products. This process gives process vivid images and clear lines. The downside of it is the extra time for design and fabricating stamping dies. Some examples of engraved products are shown as follows.

Name-and-Initials engravings are usually on the lower right corner of the front cover. Fonts and size are selectable.

Logo is normally engraved in the middle of the portfolio front cover, and it is size is usually about 100 x 100 millimeters (4 x 4 inches).

4. A tracking number has been provided, but why I cannot find any logistics information?

--Our products are handmade products, which take 2-3 days to make, and some more complex ones may take 3-5 days to make. We usually click to ship on the third day.

The reasons why the logistics information cannot be displayed are as follows:

a. The buyer fails to provide customized information in a timely manner, resulting in the failure of the item to be issued in time

b. The time required for complex styles will be delayed for two days before the logistics information will be displayed

c. Affected by the global COVID-19, flight resources are in short supply, resulting in delays in departure time, and logistics information cannot be updated

5. How long will different shipping options take?

--Free Shipping: 15 ~ 25 days

--Expedited Shipping: 7~9 days (If you want to receive the item as a gift within two weeks, it is recommended to choose expedited shipping)
